DORST TECHNOLOGIES is a "Top employer in the mid-sized sector 2022"
Munich, February 2022 – Yourfirm.de, the leading job portal for the mid-sized sector in German-speaking countries, awarded DORST TECHNOLOGIES the title of "Top employer in the mid-sized sector 2022". The aim of this award is to move the advantages of medium-sized business employers into the focus of job seekers and to assist them in their search for interesting employers in the mid-sized sector.
What makes this award peculiar is the fact that it is not based on surveys, whose participation rate is often quite low and its data basis thus of limited significance. Instead, we analyze the users' access and reading behavior on Yourfirm.de with regard to more than 60,000 job adverts over the year.
We evaluate them on the basis of
- the number of users a company attracts on average per job advert and company profile,
- the percentage of users who actually read the contents, i.e. remain on the web page for an appropriate amount of time,
- as well as the share of readers who take an action that is nearing an application, for instance, by clicking on "Apply now" or on the company's website link.
Based on these three categories, we determine a "popularity index" for every employer. The 1,000 companies that rank best in this index are awarded the label " Top employer in the mid-sized sector 2022".
