The DORST Technologies’ Custom Series D is our industrial-scale range of spray drying plants, with water evaporation capacities ranging from 10 kg/h to 8,000 kg/h.

To achieve optimal drying efficiency while minimizing the environmental impact and reducing energy consumption, the Custom Series D integrates advanced air heating technologies (including gas-fired, electric, steam, hydrogen heaters, and hybrid systems). There is also the option to use a heat recovery system, facilitating the capture and reuse of waste heat, either from the system itself or form external sources. The use of pumps and fans can also be tailored to optimize energy consumption based on operational needs.

The Custom Series D spray dryers can be customized with advanced atomization technologies, such as rotary disk atomizers or nozzles, to achieve specific particle size requirements. Optional fine particle recycling and baghouse filter systems are also available for effective particle separation, maximizing powder yield and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
