The DORST Technologies SMART Compact Series PRO is designed for small to medium-scale powder production from water-based feeds. With water evaporation rates from 5 to 60 kg/h, this series combines versatility and performance.

Designed for maximum operational flexibility, the SMART Compact Series PRO supports both co-current and counter-current drying techniques, with options for two-fluid nozzles and rotary atomizers. For granulate extraction, it offers the possibility of fine-tuning the particle size by means of a separate cone and cyclone.

The SMART Compact Series PRO ensures ease of use by incorporating two access doors and a lower swivel cone, simplifying the processes of maintenance and cleaning of difficult-to-reach areas.

Pre-assembled and flat-packed, the SMART Compact Series PRO includes a built-in hydraulic elevation system, allowing for easy setup without the need for a crane.
