EP200M pureELECTRIC Multi-platen Press for Highest Demands and Flexibility

Highly dynamic axial powder press for the production of challenging, stepped compacts made of technical ceramics, metal powders, hard metals or other powder materials using the withdrawal process. The closed-loop controlled platen drives for up to three upper and three lower levels (option: four lower levels) are an integral part of the press.

Our EP200M is equipped with an interchangeable tool carrier system for efficient setup and fast product changeover with the tool carrier being able to be expanded on a modular basis to up to three upper and three lower levels plus bottom core rod.

The machine design and the large working area make it possible for the press to be equipped with up to three closed-loop controlled filler axes.

A modern and intuitive visualization system, our tried-and-tested Intelligent Program Generator IPG® and a state-of-the-art open and closed loop control technology leave nothing to be desired when it comes to operation, programming and quick process optimization.

Possibility of expanding the standard pressing system individually by adding automation solutions and a wide range of additional functions.
